Nickel-based brazing materials BNi7

Classification:BNi7
Product Advantages:

  1. Ultra-Low Melting Point: Liquidus temperature approx. 980°C, significantly reducing thermal deformation of the base metal.
  2. Excellent Performance: Brazed joint tensile strength at room temperature ≥450MPa, with high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance.
  3. Diverse Forms: 10-45μm fine powder suitable for automated powder feeding, and low-residue paste for easy pre-placement in complex structures.
  4. Wide Application: Compatible with brazing of stainless steel, nickel-based/cobalt-based alloys, and dissimilar metals.

Application Fields:

  1. Aviation: Brazing of high-pressure turbine blades and sealing rings.
  2. Nuclear Energy: Welding of cooling pipelines and high-temperature valve components.
  3. Electronics: Packaging of vacuum chambers and microwave devices.
  4. Petrochemical: Repair of corrosion-resistant pipelines and hot-end components.

Packaging: Aluminum foil bags, steel drums, plastic barrels, pallets, customized packaging
Shape: Paste, Powder & Foil

Note: This composition contains phosphorus as a melting point depressant, featuring a low melting point and excellent fluidity, enabling it to fill closely fitted joints. It is primarily used in heat exchangers with low corrosion resistance requirements.
